Kevin commenced his career in the office agency division of Hamilton Osborne King (now Savills Ireland) in 1998 where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
Kevin joined HARVEY as a director in 2007 and is a key part of the agency team. He provides tenant and purchaser representation services as well as acting for developers, financial institutions, private investors in all aspects of their industrial & logistics property agency, investments and professional services requirements.

Siobhan began her career in 1995 in the Belfast office of Osborne King and Megran in the field of valuation, rent review, lease renewal and arbitration. Since then, her career has evolved extensively into agency and investment surveying, land acquisition/disposal and development throughout the UK and Irish markets. With her breadth of experience, Siobhan gets involved in all aspects of our business with a primary focus on valuation and professional services.
Siobhan is an SCSI APC assessor for candidates sitting their professional exams and an active member of the Valuation Professional Group.

Bill founded HARVEY in 1979. To this day, this niche company is the only one in Ireland which deals exclusively with the industrial & logistics sector of the commercial property market.
Bill has over 50 years commercial property market experience having started his career with Battersby & Co. (now Lambert Smith Hampton) in 1969. Following this, he worked for Jones Lang Wootton (now Jones Lang LaSalle) from 1974 – 1979 where he was responsible for developing the industrial property section of the business. Bill has been very actively involved in much of Ireland’s industrial & logistics property landscape over the years.
