– Details of your specific requirements so that we can match a property that is suitable for your needs.

– Confirmation of your financial resources to honour the rent and other outlays associated with the proposed letting.

– Your bank, building society or similar account details to facilitate the collection of any monies associated with completing the transaction.

– Personal information relating to any specific requirements you may have in relation to a property so that we can match a property that is suitable for your needs.

– Confirmation from you of your source of funds to complete any proposed acquisition.

– We will also collect personal information required to source a property for you and, where required, negotiate the purchase of a property on your behalf.

Where you wish to engage us to undertake any other professional property instruction, we may need to collect:
